Paul Goggins - Home Office Minister visited LCRS to hear about the work of the project.

On the 20th January 2006 Paul Goggins Home office Minister visited LCRS to hear about the work of the project and how we are working with children and young people who go missing from home.
Here is a quote from Paul Goggins MP - "I am deeply impressed with the work of the Lancashire Children's Rights Project. They reach out to some of the most vulnerable young people in society, young people often sexually exploited and involved in drug misuse. Finding stability and a pathway back into the community is an enormously important job which the centre does extremely well."
If any child or young person is reading this and needs to talk to someone about running away or going missing from home we have a freephone telephone number 0800 085 6324, if no one is in the office to answer the telephone there is an answering machine.
